My parents met at a church dance held at Hotel Utah in March 1937, and were married 6 months later on September 21st.
Mom had hazel eyes and dark brown hair. She was of medium build - about 5 foot 2. Her skin was porcelain smooth, a very pretty woman.
Dad also had hazel eyes with dark brown, wavy hair. He was medium to large build - about 5 foot 10. He was a good-looking man. Together mom and dad made quite a handsome couple.
